Library of Congress Classification Schedules

Did you know that even though our library primarily uses Dewey as a classification scheme that we receive the Library of Congress Classification Schedules as part of the Federal Depository Library Program?

These are housed in our Technical Services Department, but you are free to use these during normal business hours.

We've just received the 2012 updates to these schedules:

K - Law in General. Comparative and Uniform Law. Jurisprudence.
S - Agriculture.
