Library Resources for the Blind and Physically Handicapped

Every two years, the Library of Congress releases a publication called Library Resources for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.  The subtitle of the most recent publication gives you an idea of what is included in it: A Directory with Budget, Staff, and Collections Information and FY 2009 and FY 2012 Statistics on Readership and Circulation.  You'll find this in government documents at LC 19.16: 2011. The 2009 edition is also available.
