SAILS Story Time - January 30

The January SAILS Story Time is Wednesday, January 30 at 3:30 p.m. in the library. We'll meet on the 3rd floor in the periodicals reading area. We'll be reading a selection of books on the subject of winter and making a craft! All ages are invited to join us.

SAILS STORY TIME - DECEMBER 3

The last SAILS Story Time of 2007 will be Monday, December 3 at 3:30 p.m. in the library. It will be held in the 3rd floor Periodicals Reading Area. Further information later in the week.

SAILS Story Time October 1

Here are a few photos from the October 1 SAILS story time. Our theme for the day was "Explorers." We read the books In 1492 by Jean Marzollo and Apples to Oregon by Deborah Hopkinson & Nancy Carpenter. The children enjoyed apple pies as snacks and made explorer hats. SAILS Story Time - October 1

The SAILS Story Time for October will be October 1 at 3:30 p.m. All ages are invited to join us as we read books about explorers, including Jean Marzollo's In 1492. As always there will be a craft for participants. The event is held in the periodicals reading area.

Story Time for February

Each month SAILS hosts a story time for area children. The February story time featured Valentine stories, Cupid Bingo, and the making of Valentines. Seventeen children and nine adults enjoyed today's activity. Additional photos of today's event can be viewed at flickr.
